Textured Silicone Strap For Fitbit Charge 3 and 4 - Multiple Colors

Charged my credit card for 2 bands even though I canceled one. Got email from FitBit saying they canceled but never credited my account. The one band shipped but was not the color I ordered. I ordered gray and got white. They will not allow me to return the unopened band. So I am paying for one band I did not receive and another band that is not the color I ordered.

I thought the Fitband would stay attached. It does not. Very disappointed in this purchase.

A low quality band with poor fit (one size only, large size.) I got one which looks identical to me, even same packaging on Amazon for less than $8 .This one cost me over$30! I requested a refund but was not even considered for it. I returned the other one to Amazon no questions asked. They finally sent me another band which I did not want. They seem to be reluctant to answer e-mails as well. The whole process lasted about 60 days. Fortunately I used PayPal for payment and they ruled in my favor after I filed a complaint. In the end I went to the genuine Fitbit website and received a really nice factory product that even included two wrist sizes. This was what I wanted and at a cost of about $18. Choose carefully!

Very disappointed in color. Ordered gray, color is white & 1 of band clips already broke.

Thinking I was checking out, I accidentally ordered a second band ... I immediately tried to cancel the order ... then for many days I requested a return envelope to return unwanted band ... I got no response ... the company is not interested in customer service, I strongly suggest you do not purchase from themdo not purchase from them
