Metal Magnetic Adjustable Strap for Fitbit Versa3/Sense - Multiple Colors

I wrote you and you made no attempt to exchange it for a different band. According to Fitbit the band for sense and sense 2 are the same product.
I also wrote to the help line on the web site and got no response. My whole family uses Fitbit products. I have told them all not to buy from you because you have zero customer service even though your name insinuates that you are affiliated with Fitbit and that therefore your products are superior.
I have bought bands that fit from elsewhere for a third of the price!

ITEM NEVER RECEIVED

The band was advertised to fit a verse of three Fitbit but it was too large and obviously meant for some other model. The instructions for return indicated that I needed to email them to obtain authorization for return. This was promptly done but no response was forthcoming. One week later I attempted again. Since the deadline for returning was fast approaching, I initiated a claim with my credit card company. They refunded my payment pending their investigation. After receiving no response from the company, the credit card refund became final. I still have the incorrect band as I have no way of returning it. Buyer beware!
