Silicone Sports Watch Strap for Fitbit Versa 3/Fitbit Sense

I bought one band and accidentally got a second, the check out process is a little shifty.
I was able to use the first band for a day, then it broke. The band with the pin to fit in the holes of the adjustable band is not one solid piece like an original band from FITBIT. It popped out on the first day. I tried super glue and locktight and it didnt stay in. I opened the package to the second band and glued it before I even wore it. It however, broke with in the first 2 hours. The side that snaps into the watch broke and my FITBIT fell face down on the ground and broke. I am so upset, this product is a cheap knockoff despite the store name of Bitbit Band. Dont buy anything from them, go to the official FITBIT store and buy and original band!!!!

The first band we received was too small for my husbands arm. I reached out by email and was sent the correct size. I will say for the person to respond took a very long time but in the end I got the product.

Band was to stiff and broke within a week. Could not get replaced from Fitbit/Google. Poor service.
