Marion Peck is a joke. Sent Marion at least 5 emails including photos that you shipped me the wrong back and never got it resolved. Asked for a phone number to discuss and they never provided. There’s no phone number on your website. Total scam business in my opinion. I still plan on contacting FitBit to report your use of their brand name and the scam activity. If you cared about your customer service someone would have called me back at [****].

I had to check several times to get an answer as to why it was late.

Bought 2 one broke within 24 hours. Promised deliver within 10 days took over 30. Will never use them again

First of all it took over a month for the band to arrive. And second, after wearing it for only a month (and taking it off for showers), the band completely broke. I reached out to the customer service team to ask for a replacement and have not had a confirmation that they are sending a new one. It's been over two weeks since I've reached out to them and still have not had a proper response to my inquiry. Very disappointed given that this is not an inexpensive product.
