Stainless Steel Metal Strap for Fitbit Charge 5 - Silver, Black, Gold & Rose Gold

I purchased the stainless steel metal strap for my mother and it looks great but is very hard for her to clasp with one hand. Wished it was magnetic instead.

I still have not received the narrow band I had ordered. It has been weeks, I am allergic to the silicone band it came with. What does a person have to do to get what they ordered?

It opened up and I lost it and my new Fitbit watch!!
